Goal : Thorough degrease, sanitise, and refresh all kitchen surfaces.

Equipment:

  • Gumption / Cream Cleanser
  • For All (Concentrate + Spray)
  • Oxivir Spray
  • Scrub Daddy / Microfibre Cloths
  • Magic Eraser
  • Vacuum (and attachments)
  • Step Stool
  • PPE: Gloves, mask, safety glasses

Oxivir

Inside appliances

Gloves, mask, glasses

Spray on cloth, not directly.

Step-by-Step:

  1. PPE on, ventilate area.
  2. Empty fridge, wipe interior shelves with For All spray, dry with microfibre.
  3. Clean fridge seals using damp cloth and Oxivir.
  4. Microwave: remove plate, clean interior and door with For All spray, dry.
  5. Dishwasher: wipe seals and edges with Oxivir, run a quick rinse cycle.
  6.  Wipe cupboards, drawers, handles.
  7. Clean splashback, benches, tiles, kickboards, taps & sinks.
  8. Wipe over the bin, empty and replace the bin liner.
  9. Vacuum & mop floor using For All solution.
  10. Final check: ensure no food residue, moisture or streaks remain.

Oven Deep Clean

Goal: Remove grease and baked-on buildup to allow the oven to be used safely.

Equipment:

  • Gumption
  • Scrub Daddy
  • For All (Concentrate + Spray)
  • Magic Eraser
  • Microfibre Cloths
  • Garbage bags
  • Gloves, mask, safety glasses

Test small area first.

Step-by-Step:

  1. PPE on, ventilate the kitchen.
  2. Lay garbage bags on bench tops to prevent damage when placing racks and cleaning.
  3. Remove trays, racks — soak in diluted For All plus warm water solution.
  4. Apply Gumption to oven interior, scrub gently with Scrub Daddy.
  5. Wipe down with damp cloth until residue is gone.
  6. Clean door glass with Magic Eraser.
  7. Dry thoroughly with microfibre cloths.
  8. Scrub racks & trays, dry and refit inside oven.

You may not be able to remove all build up, just do your best to remove as much as you can

without needing additional heavy chemicals.
