Getting Started with Your ServiceM8

This guide will help you quickly set up your ServiceM8 account, and start managing jobs and schedules with ease. Just follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Download the App

  1. For iOS (iPhone/iPad):

    • Click this link to download and install ServiceM8 on your IOS device.

    • Tap Download or Get.

  2. For Android download ServiceM8 Lite:

    • Click this link to download and install ServiceM8 on your IOS device.

    • Tap Install.

  3. Wait for the app to download and install.

Step 2: Accept the Invitation

  • The admin will invite you to join the ServiceM8 app.

  • Open the invitation email and click “Open ServiceM8”.

  • This will direct you to the app and automatically log you in.

Step 3: View and Manage Jobs

  • Go to the Jobs tab to see your scheduled cleans.

  • When you start a job, tap Start Job Timer.

  • Once the job is complete, tap the timer again to stop it and mark the job as finished.
