Staff Portal Quick Guide

The Staff Portal is where you can easily access all work resources, including forms, company policies, training materials, and important updates.

Account Creation


  1. On the homepage, click the hamburger icon (three lines) at the top corner of the page.

2. Click the Sign In button.

3. If you don’t have an account yet, click β€œDon’t have an account?”

4. Fill in your name, email, password, and confirm your password.

5. Click Sign Up to create your account.



Log in your Account

To log in:

  1. Go to the Staff Portal link.
  2. Click the Sign In button.
  3. Enter your email and password.
  4. Click Login to access your dashboard.

 How to add the Staff Portal to your iOS device

For iPhone (Safari):

  1. Open Safari and go to the webpage you want to bookmark.
  2. Tap the Share icon (a square with an upward arrow) at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. You can rename the bookmark if you want.
  5. Tap Add in the top right corner.
  6. The webpage icon will now appear on your home screen like an app.

How to add the Staff Portal to your Android device

For Android (Chrome):

  • Open Chrome and go to the webpage you want to bookmark.
  • Tap the three dots menu in the top-right corner.
  • Select Add to Home screen.
  • You can rename it if you like.
  • Tap Add, then either Add automatically or drag it to a preferred spot.
  • The webpage icon will now appear on your home screen.
